This chart has a colourful, complicated and mysterious story to tell.
It has been linked to:...... Cocos island,.........Oak island and Captain William Kidd.
It first appeared in a book titled: Captain Kidd and his Skeleton Island, this book was published in 1935.
Since that time it has caused many a self acclaimed Kidd expert, to denounce it as;
A Forgery, a Concoction of all things to do with Kidd, A figment of the Authors Imagination!!!
My, My , My, how they hate it.
Of course, I have an entirely different view from the experts, perhaps thats because, unlike most of the aforesaid experts,................... I took the time to really study the chart.
Guess what?. My conclusions, prompted a British National newspaper with a daily readership of over 12million people, to Sponsor me on an expedition, to an Island group, off the coast of West Africa.
My exploits prompted me to write a 200 page journal, which still has the last chapter to be completed.
I have not the time to start it this week, however, I promise to post it on this page in the forthcoming weeks.
What an Adventure it turned out to be!!
